Website Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and the launch enrolment process. Separate service terms will apply before any regular paid adventures begin.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by The Bark Bus, a dog-adventure service preparing to launch across Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and selected surrounding areas. By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions.

2. Website information

We aim to keep the website clear and accurate, but launch dates, routes, availability and service details may change. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content when reasonably necessary. Current launch pricing is £23 for one weekly adventure or £21 per adventure for dogs attending more than once a week; the price applicable to you will be confirmed before a regular place begins.

3. Enrolment and the waiting list

  • You must provide complete and accurate information and tell us if anything changes.
  • Submitting the form enrols your dog onto our launch waiting list; it does not guarantee acceptance, a trial date or a regular place.
  • We review each application individually and may contact you for more information.
  • After a successful submission, the website will display an application reference. Please keep it in case you need to contact us about your application.

4. Free trial and suitability

A free trial takes place after enrolment and before a regular place can be confirmed. The owner remains present during the approximately 30-minute trial at a local dog park. We may decline or withdraw a place where we reasonably believe an adventure would not be safe, happy or comfortable for the dog, our team or the wider group.

5. Eligibility and safety

Dogs must meet the eligibility requirements shown during enrolment, including being neutered, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, and kept up to date with flea and worming treatment. You must disclose relevant medical, behavioural, travel and property-access information. Safety remains our first priority and session arrangements may be adapted when weather, access or the needs of the dogs require it.

6. Newsletter updates

The enrolment form explains how launch news and free-trial updates are handled and provides an option to refuse them. Every marketing email must provide a simple way to unsubscribe. Service messages about your application, trial or place are separate from marketing messages.

7. Separate service terms

Before a paid Bark Bus place begins, we will provide separate service terms covering bookings, payments, cancellations, collection access, veterinary authorisation and other day-to-day arrangements. These Website Terms & Conditions do not replace that service agreement.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit false or harmful material. The Bark Bus name, branding, website copy and original visual material may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

9. Liability and external links

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on out-of-date website information, temporary website unavailability or third-party websites linked from this site. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse third-party content.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
